Content of Research or Internship:
Cooperating with Kyoto University, we emphasize the cooperation opportunities of the integration and development of the application science, the participants established good relationships with the advanced research institutions in Japan. In addition, it is also possible to expand the possibilities of promoting our students to go overseas for internships in Japan in the future. Taking this opportunity, the experimental team will develop the add-on project of the Ministry of Science and Technology in the future, which will greatly enhance the international competitiveness of participating students.
Description of Performance:
We also invited Associate Professor, Chin-Cheng Scotty Yang and his research team from the Research Institute for Sustainable Humanosphere, Kyoto University, by organizing a workshop on urban ant identification to go on close cooperate across both departments with the academic exchange. This workshop began with the communication between the members between Pingtung and Kyoto Uji City; the conceptual exchange and correction tests on equipment designs. Prof. Yang and his teaching assistants also gave credits to the enthusiasm and motivation of our students. On the other hand, they also invite us, who are willing to participate in this cooperation project to visit Kyoto.
